Hello, Just had to share a pleasantly surprising experience flying Southwest Airlines O'Hare International Airport. I usually equate with delays and long lines, but this flight turned that around. The Southwest crew were friendly from the minute I got to the counter. They even bantered with passengers waiting in line – nice touch. TSA was moving along, and I was through security in roughly 15 minutes. The airport was tidy, and boarding was easy as always with Southwest's A-B-C boarding groups. My flight was uneventful, and the pilot provided a few updates during the flight, which I enjoyed.
